How it works
Discounts are approved before they appear in billing.
This keeps pricing transparent: you can request verification from your box office, and the reduced platform fee is enabled only after approval.
Choose your organisation type
In Box office settings, select Registered charity, CIC, or Nonprofit as your organisation type.
Upload official proof
Add your legal organisation name, registration number, and a scanned document or PDF proving your status.
Super admin review
Our team reviews the document and either approves the discount or explains what needs correcting.
Discount activates in billing
Once approved, the reduced rate is applied to BookItEase platform fees only.

BookItEase discounts reduce platform fees only. Stripe fees, international card fees, and FX processing rules continue to be calculated normally.

When does the discount start?
The discount starts only after a BookItEase super admin approves your verification request.

Open Box office settings, choose the correct organisation type, then submit the verification form.
